An early post!

Only because I couldn't make a late post last night as we are back at the lake for the weekend and there was no signal in the building where we slept. More importantly, we're enjoying perfect weather that has been forecast for the weekend along with the company. The only downer was the card game we played wherein I got no cards and resoundedly finished last!

What else has happened since the last posting? Oh yeah! My garage project has been put on hold for a bit as we went to Sam's Club on Friday to get supplies for the lake. While cruising the aisles, we came across some closet organizers which my wife immediately fell in love with. So guess what I'll be doing next? It really shouldn't take too long to assemble the units. But, there is a trickle down effect as I can use the old closet rods to rearrange my closet.

Had a little problem here this morning as I went to use the shower and there was no hot water! So, after changing into my clothes, I checked the circuit breaker box and saw that the breaker for the hot water heater was off. Needless to say, I switched it on and, hopefully, we're back in business.

Get used to entries like this one because there is not much else to say. With my long term prospects looking so good and my next doctor's visit not scheduled until August it's going to be a long haul.

I must admit that I still look for ways to give back. At this juncture, nothing new has come up.

But, you never know...
