A nice 2 days!

Tonight was dinner at a friend's house after spending the day painting the crown molding that I bought yesterday. Tomorrow I start the installation.

I'm feeling fine but I'm still doing battle with my on-line medicine provider. After once again assuming that I am on medicare because of my age, the matter was supposedly rectified on Friday with a "promise" that my medication would arrive on Monday. Well, today is Tuesday and it still has not arrived. I've got a few days supply left but I really need it by the weekend. This on-line method for getting your medication just doesn't work even though they pride themselves on their "quality of service". I guess that their definition of quality differs from mine.

There has been nothing else to do but enjoy the beautiful weather. Today was a little cool but the next two days are supposed to be in the eighties - finally a real spring.

Having viewed all the work I've done around the house, a friend now wants me to do some work on her house and she's willing to pay me for the effort. Truthfully, I've never done anything like this before. One, I really don't like to take money from friends, two, I'll be concerned that she won't like the quality of the job, three, I tend to take my time with these tasks - stopping whenever I feel like it, and, four, lugging all my tools to her place will be a pain in the butt. Yet, I still feel inclined to do it if only because she needs to have the work done and doesn't know where to go.

It's going to require a great deal of thought...
