It's all about the foliage!

Driving up to the lake today provided us with an opportunity to see firsthand what the north country foliage was like. It was very nice. However, my sister-in-law said that they went farther north yesterday to view it and they said that it was magnificant!

So, tomorrow morning we'll pick up two of my grandchildren(who have no school because it is Columbus Day) and drive back up north to really view the foliage in all its glory. Obviously, an outdoor activity with few people involved so it will not be a problem. Hopefully, the traffic and weather cooperate.

Other than that, a great day. We played some cards - inside because the wather was very windy a chilly. After all, we're getting to the middle of October.

And, as I said before, in a few weeks the anniversaries are going to be coming up fast and furious as the events began flying by once my diagnosis was in hand.

At this point, I'm just looking forward to getting off the immuno-supressants for good getting back into society.

Still have a ways to go before that can happen...
