A grandchildren's day!

Well, at least half the day as we picked up my grandson and his sister shortly after noon and took them out to lunch before bringing them back here. No school today as it was a teacher's conference day.

So... We helped them with some of their homework and then my grandson helped me on my trip to Lowe's to get the wood that I needed to start my project tomorrow.

Healthwise it's business as usual - thank God!

I spoke to someone at work today and, of course, all is confusion as it relates to the sale of my company and any details from here on out. Of course, my situation is the last thing on anyone's mind so it's going to be interesting to see how I fit into the overall picture - if I do at all!

But, I'll tell you, it was another beautiful fall day. We have really been blessed with great weather after having a terrible summer.

I can hardly wait for winter...
