Got home late!

We were out playing bridge with friends tonight and after finishing the card playing we got to talking and the time just kept on rolling by. So we go home a little late which translates into this blog entry being late as well. For us the good news was that we won handily. But since we play for fun, it really doesn't make much difference.

Tomorrow(today!) the choir sings for the first time this church season and I'll have to miss it. As I said before, missing church on Sunday bothers me and now not being in the choir as well only rubs more salt in the wound. Sure, I have 7 months under my belt. But there are supposedly 5 more to go - it's still quite a lengthy time frame.

Today(yesterday!) was another typical day. We watched my granddaughter play soccer as the one and only highlight.

I'm still doing fine. It was rather interesting that my pharmacy called this afternoon and noted that I was running low on my lipitor(I still had a week to go) and they offered to refill it. So, I took advantage of the system and had it refilled. I've never been called by a pharmacy before! Ah, the modern, computer age - they know everything about you!
